- CHARGE PERIOD is between 08.00 to 17.30 hours.

- LATE RETURN All hirer's must return 24 hours after collection. If not you will incur a charge of £29.28 for every hour thereafter until the daily rate is exceeded.

- DRIVING LICENCE all drivers must produce a full driving license held for 12-months and have not more than six endorsement points

- AGE LIMITS minimum age is 21 years. Supplement for ages 21-23 years is £7.00 per day and 24-25 years £5.00 per day. Commercial vehicles exceeding 3500kg GVW is 25 years. Maximum age is 75 years(subject to licence restrictions).

- COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVER is included with an excess applying. You can waiver the excess by accepting the Damage Protection Programme and Base excess.

- DAMAGE PROTECTION PROGRAMME reduce excess as follows: CARS £500, VANS £750 and TRUCKS £1200
- BASE EXCESS Cars £4.08 per day ,excess reduced to £50.Vans £6.58per day ,excess reduced to £75.Trucks £21.74 per day, excess reduced to £100.

- FOREIGN TRAVEL a 35% surcharge is applied to rate. Green card insurance charge is £50.00. The VE103 document is £20.00

- NEGLIGENT DAMAGE tyres, punctures, blowouts, glass and genral up keep of the vehicle including over-cab damage is the responsiblity of the hirer.

- CANCELLATION CHARGE bookings cancelled within a week of the start time will be penalised 50% of the hire value. If cancelled within two days the penalty is 75% of the hire value. Cancelled on the start day or non show will incur the full value of the hire.(Max £150.00)
